Aarav Properties Ltd {AARAV} is a growing organisation in properties lettings, management, social housing & development sectors. AARAV is looking to recruit a person who has got good knowledge, Training and hands on experience on plumbing, Electrical, masonry, Central Heating, Fire Safety, & Carpentry matters to join our company. A selected candidate will be visiting portfolio (based in Southall, Ealing, Hounslow, Heathrow, West Drayton, Northolt & Hayes Areas) using company vehicle to inspect, identify any property related problems proactively or responding to raised customers calls related to repair issue and resolve them asap.

A candidate must have valid UK work permit & Full U.K. or international driving license to drive around. The selected candidate will carry out property inspection & maintenance pro-actively on daily basis & must ensure that properties are well maintained to achieve high standard in terms of cleanliness, Fire safety, repairs & coordinate the work or through by liaising with Maintenance manager or work coordinator. 

An ideal applicant must have good communication skills in English language primarily or other Indian languages like Punjabi or Hindi or Urdu would be accepted as well Any real estate maintenance experience will be advantageous & extra training will be given. The person should be passionate and self motivated and should enjoy job & should keen to learn new skills. Working Hours Flexible (9 to 5.30pm). Good Salary Package & Perks & holidays. Aarav will also accept apprentice who has very little training or knowledge or experience as full training may be given. Good Salary package & Perks & Holidays.
