Lettings & Management: Aarav is one of the leading short term (temporary accommodation) and long term (Lettings) housing provider to private and social housing clients in West London Area. We take maximum pride in accommodating our clients & making their interim stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible prior to their permanent housing occupation with councils. Our clients come from diverse background in terms of their respective culture, religion & background.
Social Housing (including Supported): Aarav also offers supported housing to those individual adults who face mental & physical challenge everyday due to their mental & physical difficulties and disabilities. Aarav offers support to these individuals by providing accommodation, comfort & teach day to day skills like personal hygiene, social skills, washing, cooking, navigation, shopping, using transport, mobile phone etc to make them independent to integrate into the society.
Property Repair & Maintenance: Aarav has a fantastic team of field engineers and contractors who carry out repair and maintenance everyday for our clients staying in our portfolio of properties tin order to raise the standard of their living to make their stay safe and comfortable while they stay with us. Our team of engineers are very pro active to handle any repair problems.
Property Developments: Aarav has been carrying out lots of small to mid-size property developments & HMO conversions in terms to do property extensions like rear, side & loft extensions to accommodate more people through property expansions. However, Aarav is now also looking to diversify to slightly large mid size developments.
Properties & Land Acquisitions: Aarav always constantly looking for properties to buy to take on lease to increase our existing count of HMO properties of portfolio to meet growing demand in London Areas as we understand there are number of individuals and families waiting for their social housing flats or houses. We are also constantly looking for land acquisition to develop into flats for private & social housing.
